Apollo

This is Apollo.
He was done for my Ap art portfolio.

I depicted his hair being like the rays of the sun, seeing how that is what he is known for- being the sun god. He is also written to be a very fair man, so i tryed to play up his sweet face and pale features. He is starring at the planet Venus. This was an attempt at symbolism, as Apollo had an infatuation with his sister Aphrodite, or in the roman mythology- Venus.
